If you’re experiencing joint pain or have sustained an orthopaedic injury, we’re here to help. To book a consultation with Dr George Awwad, you will need a current referral from your GP or treating practitioner. This referral is required to access a Medicare rebate. Once we receive your referral, our team will be in touch to arrange your appointment.
During your consultation, Dr Awwad will take the time to listen to your concerns, carefully assess your condition, and provide a clear diagnosis. He will then discuss suitable treatment options with you, focusing on improving mobility, reducing pain, and supporting your return to everyday activities.

- Kermode Street Car Park: A commercial car park offering casual rates is located nearby on Kermode Street.
- Street Parking: You can find street parking on the streets surrounding the hospital, which is subject to council rates.
- Free Parking: The city offers a large number of free, time-limited street spaces. You may be able to find one nearby, but you will need to check the specific time limits.
Parking & Access: Orthopaedics SA is located inside of Flinders Private Hospital with access to the rooms via the main Flinders Private Hospital foyer. Walk past the lifts and enter the rooms from the back of the foyer. Client parking is available onsite at car park 1.

Parking & Access: The Orthopaedics SA, Mount Barker consulting rooms are located inside Summit Health Centre. Access the building via the main entrance facing Wellington Rd & check in at the main reception desk on arrival.

Parking & Access: Car parking is available at the front of the hospital with additional parking available on Alexander Street. There is also disabled parking on site.
